1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player to access 777wuw services.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by 777wuw.
• "Games" encompasses all casino games, slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, and other gaming products available on the 777wuw platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing 777wuw's operations.
• "Platform" means the 777wuw website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money" refers to actual currency deposited by Players, as distinct from Bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus funds before they become withdrawable.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to create an Account and use 777wuw services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate Accounts if adequate verification is not provided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Our services are intended for Players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players must not access or use 777wuw services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to Players from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Creation

Each Player may create only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from creating Accounts or using 777wuw services:

• Individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Employees, contractors, or relatives of 777wuw or its affiliates
• Individuals previously banned or self-excluded from 777wuw or other gambling platforms
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (proxy accounts)
• Professional players or syndicates seeking to exploit bonuses or game mechanics

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify 777wuw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, 777wuw is required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be requested to provide the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (photos of credit/debit cards, e-wallet screenshots, or bank account details)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Monitoring

777wuw employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, and other prohibited behaviors. We reserve the right to review gameplay, transaction patterns, and Account activity at any time without prior notice. Suspicious activity may result in Account investigation, temporary suspension, or permanent closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777wuw accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), Visa, Mastercard, and other payment processors as displayed on our Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed for each payment method and may vary.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three (1-3) business days to reflect in your Account. 777wuw does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and Account closure. You warrant that all funds deposited to 777wuw are obtained legally and do not derive from criminal activity.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three (1-3) business days. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, and 777wuw does not charge withdrawal fees.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be placed on hold until all required documents are submitted and approved. We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or unusual transaction patterns.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds subject to active Bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met or the Bonus is forfeited. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if your Account has had limited gaming activity relative to deposit amounts (commonly known as "chip dumping" detection). We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. Funds from cancelled withdrawals will be returned to your Account Balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by 777wuw are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry periods, and other restrictions. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any Bonus. By claiming a Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable Bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before Bonus funds or winnings from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the Bonus amount thirty times). Different Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10%-20%).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

777wuw has a zero-tolerance policy for Bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from Bonuses (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), collusion with other Players to manipulate Bonus outcomes, and any other behavior deemed to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Accounts closed, Bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to regulatory authorities.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

777wuw reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus at any time if we determine that Bonus terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if there is a technical error resulting in an incorrect Bonus being awarded. Bonuses may also be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified expiry period.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Games at 777wuw use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures that ensure fair and random outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or gain an unfair advantage over the Games is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of automated software (bots), exploiting software bugs or glitches, collusion with other Players, and any other form of cheating.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and fund forfeiture:

• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of fraud
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or staff
• Money laundering or using 777wuw for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access our source code
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to play Games

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a Game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. 777wuw is not liable for any losses resulting from software errors, server failures, or connectivity issues. If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to your Account, we reserve the right to deduct the incorrect amount from your Balance.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 777wuw Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 777wuw or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777wuw.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 777wuw Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 777wuw, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 777wuw's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Accounts with pending wagering requirements or active disputes may not be closed until the issue is resolved.

10.2 Termination by 777wuw

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. Upon termination, any pending Bonuses will be forfeited, and we may withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked, and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. 11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Modifications to Terms

777wuw reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. We will notify Players of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of 777wuw services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
